I look back fondly of the time we spent together working at EMAS Jonno. It was a pleasure to have known you and spend those days in that office with you. Full of great memories and laughs. Your smile would light up the room. I wish I had seen you more in recent times. It was a lovely service today. Sat reminiscing with past work colleagues was lovely but kept thinking while I looked around, if only you were there. I would have loved to catch up. I hope you know how fondly you were thought of by everyone. Sleep easy Jonno.

I’ve been on and off this page, wanting to write you something but struggling to find the words. How can anything I write even begin to describe the 20 years of knowing you and the imprint you’ve left behind? I’ve come to the conclusion it’s impossible so you’ll have to make do with some waffling paragraphs and a lot of love. Most importantly, thank you. Thank you for being the best friend to my brother. For watching you grow up together, causing havoc and leaving trails of laughter, for the terrible raps and dodgy drawings and for being a part of our family. Thank you for the friendship you gave me. For the banter (which I look back on fonder than I’m sure I took it at the time 😂) and for making me laugh so hard my belly hurt. Some of my best memories I have are with you, bill and em and I will always treasure them. I still can’t wear red lipstick without thinking of you and bill relentlessly calling me a ‘GAYsha princess’ with much emphasis on the first syllable 😂 But mostly, thank you for being you. The world shone brighter with you in it and the footprint you’ve left behind will forever be scorched into the earth through everyone who remembers you. You’ll always be missed Jonny and I hope wherever you are, you’ve found peace ❤️

Jonno, I'm so proud to call you a best friend and work son. You were such a special person in my life and I am heart broken that I will never get to see or speak to you again. I have so many memories of you that I will cherish forever. Your personality, charm, sense of humour and wit was simply just the best. You were so funny and caring with the biggest heart and the most beautiful smile that brightened up my day. Your drum tapping skills with your pencil were amazing and your choice in music on the radio was an experience :-) but I would give anything to listen to them now with you. I will love and miss you forever but when I look into the night sky at the stars you will be shining down and I will always smile and think of you. Thank you for been in my life.
